Up for sale at no reserve is my baby, my 1979 Corvette. I have had her for 3-4 years now, but she has been parked for about a year now due to a nasty workplace accident that crushed my arm, and now with a family on the way, I need to make room for something that I can put a car seat in. With that said, she has been parked for about 1 year, always covered, and motor started every 2-3 weeks, but the brake peddle is a little soft, and I am not sure if the brakes are locked up from not moving in the past year. Chrome could use some cleaning, there is a little road rash on the right rear, a small crack in the nose, and the car needs to be gone through before being put out back on the road since it has been sitting for a year. Car is a monster though, and is a head turner every where it goes.Selling at *NO RESERVE* is this very impressive 1979 Chevy Corvette 3 speed automatic. Car has air conditioning but is not working. The motor is a GM 350 1969 to 1979 block #3970010. The motor has been beefed up a little including a mild cam, Edelbrock Performance manifold, and Edelbrock carburetor, and a dual electric fan set up to keep the engine running cool on those hot days. Car also had long tube headers with a patriot side pipe exhaust that sound amazing. This vette is also sitting on very valuable original dealer optioned Corvette wire wheels. Interior is in beautiful condition, seats and cushions show no wear, but could use new door panels but are still in decent shape. Rear view mirror also needs to be reglued to windshield. Gauges and lights work except for the clock and rpm. Car has been sitting for a year and needs to be gone through and the chrome needs to be cleaned, but you will not be disappointed in this car. It is a real head turner, and will attract attention and turn heads where ever she goes. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask before bidding.
