1976 Chevrolet Corvette

This Stingray is a stalled project in running condition. L-48 version of the 5.7 (V-8) engine with auto transmission. This is the last year of the Stingray moniker until 2014. It would make an excellent candidate as an updated driver or full restoration. Has L-82 shifter console but is a L-48 VIN car. Two tires have slow leaks. Headlamps rise slowly with one or both at times needing manual assistance. Updated radiator with cap and wires. New brake pads installed and brakes incorrectly bled which has the car pulling to the right when heavily applying the brakes. Door panels and all spares pictured come with car. Has telescoping option which needs work. Dual exhaust with headers. Dash is loose on one side and so is the shifter console. Brake lamps and indicators are intermittent.(sometimes they work sometimes they do not) Fresh battery.

Car should trailer well and I am happy to help load with a scheduled date/time. This is not a car for a road trip. This would be a great restoration project to get underway or improve it's drivability and hold on to it as an investment. The C3's are gaining in value and popularity.
