1979 Chevrolet Corvette

I have decided to start this bid around the price range LOWER of other comparable vettes on this site. Do NOT expect a $20K vette for $10K , there are no "free rides" in this world so don't kid yourself, know what you're buying and ask questions. That being said, this is a really fun driver. Very comfy and cruises down the road effortlessly. I JUST got back from a road trip to Vegas and had a blast! Originally bought as retirement gift for dad. Dad can no longer work original manual transmission. All service records since ownership. Ask questions. Amazingly, manual transmissions in vettes from 1977-1982 were rare because of the gas/energy embargo of the 70's and high interest rates on any non "automatic transmission" sports cars. This car is a real find and has potential collectability to the right owner. Asking price is far below standard pricing for vettes with an automatic transmission. Here's a link to see it running.
