This 1972 Corvette Stingray Convertible is one of 415 Convertible 4-speed cars out of a production run of 27,004 vehicles. It is a matching numbers car with the original 350 motor and Muncie M-21 close ratio transmission.
This Corvette has undergone a thorough restoration, and it has won several awards. It appears most of the work was done around 2005, and there are maintenance receipts starting in 2007. In fact, there are 2 full notebooks documenting the restoration and service that has been done on the car, complete with pictues and receipts.
The appearance of the car is stock, but performance enhancements were made when the motor was built.
