1961 Corvette Restomod LS1/Tremec 6, Paul Newman Frame, Comprehensive Build

This '61 Vette was hand built by expert Greg Thurmond - GTS Customs in Simi Valley; He would be happy to talk to anyone about this build as he is intimately familiar with it.
This was a complete, body off restoration, more pics and videos are available upon request. This car is a blast to drive, doesn't leak a drop and starts up every time; Brand new Al Knock interior (yes I used '62 door panels on this '61 because I like them better); The radio was $900 and is of the highest quality with new transistors - looks brand new, but is the same type of radio the car came with; new speaker, iPhone hookup; This car has around 2,000 since the restoration in 2012; used for short trips and drives through the canyon. One of the last Paul Newman frames built for a C1 restomod before he closed up shopI think he or his son may have re-opened since then.
