Description

1995 Corvette 6-speed, 41,586 miles, 2-owner, no accidents, no paint work, no mechanical issues, well-serviced. Red hard targa-top with perfect headliner. Owners manual and original wrench for the top. It drives, shifts and rides like new. Very minor road blemishes as expected for 41k miles. No significant rock chips. New hatch weatherstrip. Brand new rear Michelin tires. The wheels are mint with no curb rash, with the exception of the driver's front, which has very minimal scratches. All fluids were replaced with synthetic last year, and the car was totally aligned with new shims when the new rear tires were mounted last year. The sun-visors were professionally rebuilt, (original C4 sun-visors all dry rot and get droopy). The brakes were also redone about a year ago. I bought this car from the original owner in Daytona, Florida a few years ago. At that time, I lived in Kentucky, but I have since moved to Orlando. I drove the car back and forth without a problem. It is a joy to drive. Very smooth for a C4. The only issues that I was planning to correct are minor. The front tires are Kumho, and have good tread, but I would like to replace them with Michelins to match the new rear tires. The front headlights work properly, but make a popping sound for a few seconds when lowered. The headlight motor gears need replacing, which costs $59.00, part no. 601-701 at Mid America Motorworks. Lastly, the gauge lens has some fog behind it. The close-up photo shows a lot of dust, but the fog can be seen just below the mileage. The lens can probably be taken off and cleaned, but a new one at Mid America costs $69.99, part 611-636. The only other thing that can be done to make the car perfect is to replenish the LED readouts on the instrument cluster, to make them as bright as brand new. I contacted AER Tech a couple years ago, and they can refurbish the existing cluster to like-new. I can give you the emails. I moved to Florida thinking I would drive the car more in this nice weather, but I just don't have the time or space. If you want one of the nicest C4's around, here it is. I'm sure I will regret selling it. The car is in Orlando. I'll be available to assist a shipper or I will be happy to pick you up at the airport. I have clear title in-hand in my name, and all funds will have to clear before taking the car. If paying the full amount via Paypal, the Paypal service fee will need to be added, (3%). I reserve the right to end the auction early if someone makes me an offer I can't refuse. Good Luck.
