Description
1984 Chevrolet Corvette Z51 package. Red over tan interior. V8. Manual 4+3 transmission.
Unfortunately need to sell my corvette as I recently sustained an injury that will render me unable to use a clutch pedal for several months.
Exact mileage is a bit over 97,000. Mechanically the car in great condition. New clutch. All tune up items new. Overdrive unit rebuilt in the last year. New shocks. New AC compressor and serpentine belts as well in the last 6 months.
Car will come with paperwork of all work done by same mechanic who owned the car before me.
Interior is in great condition as well outside of a small gash in the leather as seen in one of the photos on the listing. Seats are soft but haven't given way. All control module pieces in center console work, ie seat adjustment, windows. Trunk carpet is in fantastic condition. Rear window release on side of driver door still works perfect as well.
As seen in some photos the paint is not perfect. Paint fade on top of rear and front bumpers as well as small spots on the hood and driver side B pillar. Some small but manageable scratches are noted as well.
The car is a ton of fun to drive and allows you to feel connected to the road while driving. It was my first Corvette and first manual car in 10 years. I've forgotten what a blast they are to drive. Hoping someone looking to recapture a true piece of the 1980's likes the car as much as I do.
There is no shipping organized currently but I'd be happy to help any potential buyers get shipping organized through a company I used to transport my vintage BMW from Florida to Southern California.
