2009 Corvette Z06 LSX Twin Turbo

The Corvette was purchased new in Pennsylvania in 2009. After 400 miles, the car underwent major modifications. The original LS-7 engine was removed and sold. A Chevrolet Racing LSX block was purchased along with parts to build a 1,000+ HP power plant. Texas Speed and Performance performed the engine build, then crated and shipped to the owner. A local speed shop in PA integrated a Vortec supercharger, headers, intercooler and accessories. The owner had a change in circumstances and sold the vehicle at this time.A Florida car dealer purchased and drove the car back to Florida.
In October 2011, the car was purchased and shipped to its new owner in Northern Virginia.At this time the original drivetrain was upgraded by RPM Transmission in Indiana. This included new clutch, bell housing, prop shaft, transmission, differential, rear axles and more. Next, the car was shipped to Race Proven Motorsports in Delaware where the supercharger was replaced with dual-turbochargers. Extensive changes to the engine included Mast Engineering 6-bolt CNC cylinder heads, different camshaft, fuel system upgrades, scavenge pump installation and more.
Next, the car was taken to Piper Motorsports for installation of a roll cage, Recaro seats and other safety equipment.Finally, the vehicle was purchased by Chad Davis of NEA Performance Plus in 2015. The only changes to the Corvette since then has been cooling fan relay change and performance tune. It has set inside the climate-controlled showroom mainly untouched.Receipts and documentation for all work is available in the below link, as well as photos and video.
