1982 was the last of the C3 Corvettes, and this'82 is a low-mileage beauty. If everthere was an '82 Corvette that was investment quality, this matching numberscar might be it.
The body and paint are in good shape, with no evidence of any damage. It appears that the car wasnever driven in the rain, and was garaged most of its life. The paint has someblemishes and touch ups but overall good shape, The decals have the usualchecking from age. All of trim on this Corvette is in good condition, includingthe tail lamp lenses, side marker lights, driver & passenger side mirrors.All glass in the Corvette except the driver side window is in great conditionand retain the LOF stamp. Of course, it is equipped with factory T-Tops, andare in good condition as well.
The original 350 V8 engine with "Cross FireInjection" and rated at 200 HP is tucked under the hood. Also present isthe 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission, which was standard equipment in thesecars in 1982. Power gets to the ground via the original 2.87-geared rear axle.Mechanically, this Corvette is good shape . and the underside of the car isas clean. Also present are the original 15" aluminumwheels which are in great shape. Tires are over 10 years old but still have a fair amount of tread on them Head lights work, radio works , most gauges work , wipers work. This is the original paint if you have and I have many more pictures that I can send at anytime.
