Description
I am relisting my car because the previous winning bidder is nowhere to be found. Because of that, I now reserve the right to delete any bidder with no bid history. What we have is my 1981 Chevrolet Corvette that I purchased about a year ago for the purpose of restoring. I drove the car one time for a very short distance. When I bought the car it had very limited brakes due to leaking calipers. In addition to leaking calipers, the car also leaked power steering fluid, engine oil, and transmission fluid. I started the project by removing the interior and that’s were things stopped. I still have all interior pieces except for the seats. When I got the car the seats were already disassembled and there were no seat cushions or leather just the bases and the seat backs. To be clear you will need to purchase seat covers and the associated foam.
The car has a salvaged and restored title. I have not inspected the car for rust, but it come from Arizona so I’m guessing that’s a good thing.
The engine did run well and the transmission shifted normally. I’m pretty sure the engine is a GM 350 crate engine.
When purchasing the car you will need to tow it, it is 100% non drivable. The winning bidder must immediately make a $500 payment to PayPal and the balance for the car needs to be paid for and picked up within three days of the auction ending. If you can’t do that, please don’t bid on the car.
