Extremely RARE! - 1968 Baldwin-Motion 427 Corvette recreation with rare Baldwin Motion Performance mail order parts.
1968 BALDWIN Motion Performance Phase III recreation. Big Block4/speed. Driver quality paint and interior. New Cragars and tires. The car has a new 468 / 390 H.P. crate engine with a 3 year limitedwarranty with only around 40 test miles on the engine. The car has a NEW Champion aluminum radiator,new heater core,and the car has hada new exhaust system installed,the dash has been re-wired and car has a newradio with MP3 capable jack,New wood grain on dash and center, all the instrumentswere restored and a new tack drive HEI distributor was put on. The car has a 4 speedMuncie M-21 with Hurst Shifter and Hurst T-handle and the tranny worksand shifts good-new clutch and pressure plate assembly and newheadlight actuators were installed.This car has a lot of Motion rare mail order parts(front spoiler,molded in side skirts, rare Motion red flexfan,Very Rare Fly Eye Motion air cleaner and the Edelbrock Tarantulaside winder intake with new a Holly Avenger carb,new chrome one wirealternator,new motor mounts,water pump,water hoses and etc. The car has had a lot of work done but like all 47 year old cars there are always areas that could be improved if you want a show car and not just a driver/ cruiser..I want to sell as I had recent back surgeryand find it hard to get in and out of due to the surgery.Here is a video of the car
I am also having a new brake caliper installed as soon as it comes in as the one on the right front has a small leak and also I am having the car aliened and a new wiper motor installed and these things will be done by auction end.
