Description
This car is a special edition convertible, with added options and the ZHZ emblem on the sides. Factory upgrades included power convertible top, performance brakes, magnetic switchable ride control, performance exhaust, and a black full length racing stripe. She has been modified with American Racing headers, Magnaflow exhaust, and Supercharged for 750HP.
Factory Equipment: 6 speed automatic transmission with dual steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. Fuel, trip, and system status computer. Tilt steering wheel. Cruise. Automatic head and sport lights. Auto dimming rear view mirror. OnStar. Satellite radio. CD player. MP3 player input. Steering wheel audio controls. Bluetooth connection for phones, with steering wheel control. Dual zone automatic air conditioning. Power seats, with driver lumbar and lateral support. Switchable electronic traction control. Security system. Keyless entry and start.
Condition: She is a sixth generation Corvette (C6), with Chevy’s LS-3 V-8 engine, 62,000 miles. She is in very good condition, meticulously maintained since I purchased her used in 2011. Prior to my purchase, she had been in a minor accident damaging the front end, which had been repaired before I bought her. No frame damage had occurred; just radiator and body issues. Other than that, she has a couple minor stone nicks in the black racing stripe. The Bridgestone Potenza S-04 performance tires have 17,000 miles. The interior is nice, with just some slight leather age showing on the seats. I have a complete service log since I purchased her in 2011.
Modifications: Lots of money went into mods. The engine sports about 750hp gross. The March tune and dyno tests produced 606hp at the rear wheels, and 640 ft/lb of torque, with 7lbs of boost from the super charger. The list of mods is as follows:
1. Rear clear wind flow screen (for when the top is down).
2. Upgraded racing brake rotors & pads for all four wheels, with yellow powder coated calipers.
3. Custom wheels: black and brushed aluminum. Sport Muscle ZR 18x8.5 & 19x10.
4. Wider tires: stock 245/40R18 & 285/35R19. New 255/35R18 & 295/30R19.
5. American Racing performance headers. 1 7/8” with cross-pipe, 02 extensions, MSD plug wires, NGK spark plugs and ignition wire insulators.
6. Magnaflow performance exhaust system, with stainless tips (4).
7. Procharger P1SC super charger kit. Includes supercharger, injectors, cold air box, K&N filter intake, harmonic balancer and MAP sensor upgrades.
8. Column mounted, blue LED backlit, triple gauge kit. Reads O2/Fuel wideband, fuel pressure, and supercharger boost.
