Description
Corvette Stingray 1974 Targa Top 454 big block auto transmission. All numbers match authentic numbers placed on chassis, motor and transmission from the factory in 1974.
New interior, carpets, door trims and seats installed this year.
Reconditioned motor, balance of twelve month warranty available to purchaser.
Car has travelled less than 100 kilometres since installation of new motor.
Radiator re core completed at same time as new motor installed.
Pro Comp Ultra Lite Tacho and Speedo fitted with GPS speedo for accurate display of speed in kilometres.
Registration is not transferrable to new owner, but car can utilise registration for trip home if needed for interstate purchasers.
Paint is in good condition and looks as if it was resprayed within the last decade or so??
Have history for the vehicle from its import into Australia back in 1988 by the first Australian owner based in Victoria.
Since then I'm the third owner based on theCentral Coast of NSW.
The car has had extensive work on brakes, motor and interior since I purchased the vehicle.
Lack of space unfortunately has lead to my wife asking me to part with this vehicle!
This is the last of the 454 big block C3's and is the only one available that I know of with fresh motor and interior in Australia at present.
Targa top allows driver to choose to have a "wind in the hair" ride or to leave the two roof panels in place for those rainy days.
The car is neat and tidy in good to very good condition, yet it is not a concourse vehicle.
Would suit the weekend enthusiast who likes that special big block "note" with the reliability of knowing that the motor is fresh and has plenty of acceleration for those open roads
A genuine collectable classic muscle car from the 1970's!
