Description

1954 Chevy 210 Delray. Car purchased from Lamar, Mo Chevrolet dealership in 1954. Car had been with the original family that purchased the car for 63 years. I am the second owner. Car has been gone through and ready to cruise.Rebuilt 235 straight 6. Rebuild included new split intake with dual carbs and split exhaust manifold. New dual exhaust system. New aluminum radiator. Manual 3-speed column shift.
New tires and chrome steel wheels. 15 X 7's on Front, 15 X 8's on Back. New chrome spider caps. Brakes have been rebuilt. New brake lines. New fuel lines. Front suspension total rebuilt. New shocks front and rear. New lowering kingpins and rear lowering blocks.
Newly replaced floor pans, trans tunnel and toe kick panels. Both lower rear quarter panels replaced. All sheet metal butt welded and professionally installed. (Have picture of stages of sheet metal work that has been done.)
New front and rear bumpers and bolts. New upholstery, carpet and headliner.
All of the stainless trim was pulled, bumped and polished. The grill, hood molding, parking light trim and light bezels haven't been touched. I did NOT install new glass. The windshield has pits. One vent window is cracked.
The car was painted in the 80's in the original factory Bermuda green. The paint was cleaned, lightly sanded and sprayed with a fresh coat of Dupont clear coat to keep the patina look. The hood has a small rust hole in the hood on the edge of the passenger side. Has a couple small holes in trunk spare tire area. All cleaned and sealed to prevent it from spreading.
Car is ready to cruise and have fun with. Very solid original car. Engine, brake, suspension and sheetmetal work done by Fast Eddie Hot Rod Shop in Lamar, Mo.
