Up for bid I have a 1969 Chevrolet El Camino. This is a solid rust free car that has spent its life in California and Arizona.
Solid floor pan and straight bed floor. It is powered by a small block 350 with a few small upgrades here and there.
The motor is backed by a Muncie four speed and a ten bolt rear end.
It has front disk/rear drum power brakes, Power steering and A/C. It also has new bushings throughout the suspension front and rear.
The body and trim are in clean shape. But, the paint shows its age.
The interior has been well kept. It has a power seat, power windows and tilt column. Currently there is no radio installed. Factory radio opening is un-cut and original steering wheel is installed.
I acquired this car from the widow of the second owner. It has been off the road since his passing in 2011. As of now it is running and driving. However, as with any old car it will need basic care and maintenance as you would expect given it has been sitting.
All in all, this is a nice driver quality car. Or if you are looking for a solid El Camino to build to your taste this would be the perfect candidate.
