1959 Chevrolet Impala

For sale - 1959 Chevrolet Impala hardtop. I traded for this car a couple of years ago and have not done anything to it. Time to let it go. This car appears to have been repainted at some time in the past, the exterior green matches the trunk interior and engine bay which appears to be original paint. The exterior paint needs to be buffed and there is some blemish area on the hood (see the picture). Interior is nice as seen in the pictures as well. Dash remains stock with some aftermarket gauges in the ash tray area and a newer sound system under the dash. The car has power brakes, but no power steering. Has a 348 with tri-power and automatic transmission and is mechanically sound. There is a minor leak in the fuel tank that I just recently noticed when I took this car to a local show, related to tank level. Not a perfect car, but a good example of the iconic bat wing Impala. This car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end this auction early if the reserve is not met and the car sales locally. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and payment will have to be made in full and confirmed before the car will be released.
