Description
This is a 1964 Chevrolet Impala 4 Door hardtop in its original condition.
This car was my grandmother's car. She bought it brand new and gave it to me 3 months
before she passed away 14 years ago.
I had grand ideas for restoring the car but quickly realized it would require quite a lot of time , effort and money.
My then husband and my two sons thought this would be a great family project and vowed to dedicate spare cash and time and effort
into the restoration project.
Some minor things were done to it over the years.
The carbourator was rebuilt about 10 years ago.
It will probably need a rebuild after all this time.
The radiator was replaced.
The car always ran and they would regularly start it and drive it up and down the block.
In the last 4 years it has not been started or worked on. The battery is not there. The tires are flat.
The front bumper is off the car.
This is either a nice restoration project or an excellent parts car.
I have the registration and it did not come with a title.
This is a small block V8 engine
283 CI
tranny is 2 speed
The car has under 100k miles on it
The car will need to be flat bedded off the driveway
I am not interested in a trade for another car.
