1963 Chevrolet Impala 409 4-Speed SS Convertible. For your consideration, this rare Chevrolet Convertible is up for auction at NO RESERVE! These cars are getting very hard to find. This is a TRUE - 409 425hp 4-speed. The last pictures show the holes for the 409 tags on the fenders. It showes the 4-speed hump and console brackets. It still has the tact wiring under the dash. And the 3/8 - 5/16 gas line and return, that only the BIG HP cars had. The frame is solid. The body is mostly useable. All the necessary convertible stuff is in place. It needs fenders, doors and floorpans. This would be a GREAT PROJECT to use a 2-door hardtop donor to get your parts. Saves time and money. This is not for the faint of heart.
