Description

Extremely clean 1996 Impala.
The car is being re-listed due to a new Ebay user with zero feedback using the buy-it-now, lives 1,800 miles away and decided not to pay. So now, if you have less than 10 transactions and less than 100% feedback your bid will automatically be deleted.

It's as clean as it looks in the pictures. The interior looks pretty much perfect. It's all factory stock with the exception of Flowmaster mufflers and a legal K&N cold air intake. I have the factory intake as well and it goes with the car. If you are looking for a mostly stock, well maintained B body Impala and have looked at lots of junk out there you will be impressed with this car. No question.
It now sits most of the time. Synthetic oil changes every 3,000 miles. I actually have to make time to drive it. It's now only driven occasionally on weekends as can be seen on the Autocheck. I'm a long time 94-96 Impala SS owner. I've owned six 95-96 Impalas since 1995. This 96 runs fantastic. I recently replaced the A/C system, new shocks, new front tires, new front brakes, new fuel pump & sending unit.
I had the best guy in the business re-wrap the steering wheel, re-dye the dash and re upholster the bottom buckets of both front seats. It looks factory as you can see. I've actually been contacted by numerous people seeing the pictures from the last auction contact me and ask me who my upholstery guy is in Los Angeles.
Autocheck shows 4 owners however the original owner and his son owned it together and I purchased it from a Chevrolet dealer where it was traded in on a new crewcab. Dealer counts as 3rd owner on carfax/autocheck but I'm the second owner not counting the dealer in between.
It comes with the all manuals, both original keys and remotes, the change holder for the center console and the cargo net in the trunk. It's a very well taken care of car and has a clean carfax. The paint is great for an 18 year old car. Even though the bumpers are still super shiny, they have some spider webs. The hood has a small spot from bird stain but the original paint looks great. The top of the roof and trunk lid are starting to fade in areas but overall look great. They could use a re-spray for sure. The Impala script on the quarters were removed by me so the car could be buffed. From what I can tell its factory paint. The front fenders could have been repainted and look nicer than the original paint. The clear is starting to fade from the wheels somewhat. The air blows ice cold and you can drive this car anywhere. I just paid the registration and the car passed California smog with the K&N set up. Most guys are asking in the low teens for an Impala of this quality. I'd be happy to meet anyone to show the car near Los Angeles. It would give me an opportunity to drive it.
The car is listed for sale locally as well. By bidding on this car you are agreeing that you understand the car may sell before the auction ends to someone else. I'm a fair guy though so if you have any questions at all, please contact me first. Thanks and good luck.
