Description
This very special vehicle was purchased from the relative of a 9-11 Fireman: His brother. I understand was injured to the New York attack. I hope that the buyer will maintain the car as I have; honoring the men and women who perished in this historic event. There are 3 New York fireman stickers on the windows and an Irish shamrock painted on the Chevrolet emblem on the front hood.
The car has been garaged since my purchase approximately 10 years ago. Serviced as necessary and driven as a Sunday only vehicle and local car shows. Over the years I would guess I averaged approximately 500 miles per year. It starts , runs, and drives excellent. The bells and whistles all work excellent. As evidenced by the pictures it has a beautiful professional custom paint exterior and a custom matching interior. I live in Las Vegas and when I take this car to a major casino they move the Mercedes and the like to set it at the front of the casino; it attracts attention wherever I drive.
The interior of the truck lid is signed by GM creator of the SS design "Jon Moss". The trunk contains a highly upgraded sound system that will blow your socks off at medium volume. I am not a sound man but the proof is in the pictures.
As it sets one could enter the vehicle in a car show and be proud; as an American I certainly am.
Successful bidder will need to pay $500 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction and the balance within 7 days. I will accept cash or exact amount cashier's check however title and the vehicle will not be delivered until the check clears the bank.The buyer will be responsible for shipping.
This vehicle is also up for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the sale if a deposit/sale is done locally.
Vehicle condition report clarification: all vehicles registered in Nevada have an emissions check done when registering the vehicle for road use.
The title is free and clear with absolutely no liens of any kind. I have the title in hand.
The rear bumper was bumped by a lady at a stop sign; and repainted. I have owned the vehicle for 10 years and I know there has never been an accident reported prior to my purchaseand that is all that has happened in the last 10 years.
There have been small modifications to the vehicle: a MSD Ignition, flowmasters ( love the sound ), chrome work in engine compartment.
