Description
Relisted do to nobody bought it last time,,,,,,Maybe price was to high??????????? Now it's lowered. Here is my 1966 Impala, car is mostly original except had a painting due to stone chips etc(original owner out west lived on a gravel road) just the outside was done, not the door jams etc. they are still all ok. Grill and windshield show some evidence of flying stones also. I added "Pertronix" electronic ignition when I got the car and 4 wider than the narrow stock 14" wheels. Uniroyal radials. Also took out all the original brake shoes, rebuilt the wheel cylinders, new shoes all the way around. Brake drums were as new. Shocks too. Has had an expensive detail job under hood. Left rear fender has small ding from something moving around in the trunk. I think this is the 325 H.P. engine, it has a Holley 4bbl carb. I was lead to believe I am the 3rd owner of this car. Miles believed to be original. I have or could take more photos of whatever and send them to an e-mail furnished by you. I didn't take any under car because there's nothing to show other than NO RUST ANYWHERE. O forgot dual exhaust too. The man I got it from had the detail and the paint done then sold it to me in 2007 telling me it didn't need any work ! Ha Ha when I got it I did the work it didn't need, NOW it don't need any work. Brakes were terrible, carb needed work, lube door locks+ latches, could go on and on----just a bunch of little stuff. If you're looking for a car like this it would not disappoint you. I watch these listings all the time and a really good impala is hard to find that has not been RESTORED or fitted with crazy wheels, drive trains, suspensions etc. THIS CAR DRIVES AND WORKS LIKE IT SHOULD. I'm not that good at descriptions and all that so if I forgot something just ask. Clock is stalled and won't go.
