Description
Again, this Nomad is available due to non-performing buyers. Incredible opportunity for a 1955 Chevy Bel Air Nomad Wagon! Shop it and verify for yourself. Stock all around; I have owned for 3 years and she runs very nice. My wife and I can just get in her and drive with zero hesitation. Extremely enjoyable and very popular in public.
She is gypsy red and shoreline beige exterior, waffle pattern red and white interior. GM 265 with Powerglide transmission. Numbers don't match; engine is from 1956 Nomad production with bottom canister oil filter. Not a frame off restoration; if next owners desires to do a frame off, or just tie up loose ends, floor plans at the rocker panels, side and rear window seals, heater motor, her Bel Air dash clock and Wonderbar radio will likely be on their list to tie up loose ends. Her undercoating is sufficient and is a perfect driver with very very little indication of her needing any immediate intervention. Albeit, the Powerglide is 63 years old and can resist being placed into reverse following a nice long drive. No leaks and doesn't smoke. Runs great and is very satisfying! She's a 7 all around especially for a 63 year old collector and is right for the conscientious buyer looking for either a turn key driver or to improve her for investment / long-term ownership. Excellent alternative asset.
Banks will finance this 1955 Nomad easily at $55K; I did my three years ago. She just as easily insurers for $100K; That is my current policy. Verifying documents can be made available in person. Perfect entry for '55 Nomad. Priced aggressively; just spend time doing some comparable comps and you will have clarity on the issue.
I have no problem with shipping at buyer's expense. Please, I beg you, No Solicitors, No Consignors, No Trades due to me downsizing in assets. If you or not in the position to close a deal due to finances or credit, please just don't bid on her. I am likely to end it at anytime for the highest offer when bids become reasonable. I will take texts and phone calls made during auction but no deals made outside of the auction which must end or be ended by me. Responses may be up to a 24 hour turnaround for detailed information, specific photos or video links for your reviewing. So, I ask you ahead of time to please be patient. 818 312-6887. Available for inspection located in Anaheim, CA with 48 hours notice. Thank you for understanding. Loads of profit margin for next owner. Thanks for watching; she may be perfect for your budget and plans.
