Description
Purchased this vehicle in California in 1978. Drove it for a year before putting it in storage. I 1982 I had a carburetor fire which burnt the wiring and hood, returned to storage. This is what I know:
Floor boards are rusted out. No other rust on the body. Body is straight except for dent behind the passengers door. I do not remember seeing a lot of body work, looks straight. All glass is intact except for the passengers window is cracked. Tailgate/ window hinges are broke.
All parts are there (I think). Plenty of extra parts. Chrome and stainless are in very good shape, extra chrome. Wonder bar radio (in box).
I don't believe the engine is the original 265 (Maybe a 283????). The transmission is the original Power Glide. Both engine and trans worked fine before the fire.
