Hi,
Today I have an original pre-smog 1974 Nova for sale. This car is the SS model and features the original 350 engine and original 4-speed manuel transmission. The car has been in our local town since new. I bought it from a young man that was going to restore it with his Grandad but was unable to start/finish the job. It has been off the road for years. It was stored in thier garage. The car runs and drives. Although I would consider it a trailer car since the brakes/engine/cooling etc have not been serviced in many years. The body is very straight and I do not see any evidence of previous accidents/damage. There are 2 areas of rust on the quater panels behind the rear wheels ( see photos ) the floor boards and trunk are solid. This should be considered a project car as it will need work to be 100% again. Here is what I noticethe drivers window is missing..the hood needs to be bolted to the hinges.. springs on the hinges are missingthe trunk lock is missingthe front seat is not bolted downthe interior is rough. one of the brake light lenses is missing.I have removed the carpet in order to inspect the floor boards. The clear-coat is flkaking. I believe the car has been repainted and was originaly blue in color. I checked with DMV the car has fallen off the records. The car will be sold with a bill of sale. I am not a car expert and suggest you preview the car before you bid. If yoiu are out of the area I will do my best to answer your questions.
