The Nova name was designated as the top trim package in the early years. A tried-and-true compact car build to compete with the Ford Falcon and designed to be more contemporary than the rear engine Chevy Corvair that's concept proved to be a little too wild for the average American car buyer at the time. Sporting a more traditional set up the Nova was a car Chevy promoted a reliable and efficient compact car that was only available with a 4- or 6-cylinder engine the first 2 model years, but by 1965 a V8 could be ordered scooting Chevys little grocery getter down the road quit quickly. For the first 2 generations of the Chevy II the car was offered in coupe, sedan, station wagon and convertible body styles. As the Chevy II progressed its image changed along the way and the car could be ordered with Chevy's prestigious Super Sport Package making 327 and 396 engines available and specialty Novas were even available from places like Yenko Chevrolet, NicKey Chevrolet and the internal GM C.O.P.O program suiting some of these Novas with the mighty 427ci rat motor!

VEHICLE RELEASE: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
