1970 Chevrolet Nova SS
Resto-Mod.
The car was a frame off restoration 2 years ago and just now finished the drive-line. The paint is 2 years old and has some very small blems in it but overall very nice. This car was set up for a great cruise car or if you wanted to auto-cross it the suspension will do it. This car is a great riding car with lots of power.
Engine:
396 original block with factory forged 10.5to1 pistons
ProComp Aluminum heads with port and semi polish, bowl's cleaned and polished
New Comp Cams Stainless valves
Comp Cam Thumper kit was installed with all new retainers, keepers, seals, guide plates
Cam is a hydraulic tappet with the following specs- .522in .507ex lift, .307in .298ex duration
Edelbrock polished Air Gap intake with ARP bolts
Quickfuel SS-750 Super Street Carb
Stainless roller rockers with polylocks
MSD Distributor and coil
Headman ceramic coated big tube headers
New Hayes clutch and pressure plate
New polished 80amp alternator
New polished water pump
New CVF Racing billet Serpentine belt conversion kit
Champion 4 core radiator with duel 12" electric fans
4 speed M-22 Rock Crusher transmission
HID with Halo headlights
Interior:
New bucket seats, 4 point harnesses front and rear
New Carbon Fiber Dash panel with Autometer Phantom electric gauges (Red back-light)
New carpet and headliner, door panels are original and like new
Original rear bench seat, recent upholstered
Suspension:
New Hotchkis 2" drop suspension with KYB gas shocks
Replaced all springs from Hotchkis kit, tubular upper and lower control arms, sway bars, bushings
New front and rear disc brakes that stop on a dime
