1973 Chevrolet Vega GT Yenko Stinger Tribute

This is a beautifully restored 1973 Chevy Vega GT that has been made to look like one of the rare Yenko Stinger Vega's. It is a highly optioned Vega GT with factory A/C that blows ice cold, power disc brakes, power steering, a beautiful black bucket seat factory custom interior, GT gauges, original AM/FM stereo and full tinted glass. The car only has 79,000 miles and runs, shifts, drives and stops like it was new. The original 2.3 liter 4 cylinder engine has been completely rebuilt and steel cylinder sleeves were installed. It also has a new carburetor, new front disc brakes and a new aluminum radiator. Everything works on this car, the air conditioning, all the lights, signals, horns, wipers, stereo, the factory tachometer and gauges, even the clock. Take a look at the engine pictures to see how clean and detailed the engine compartment is. Also look at the interior pictures, the dash, door and side panels and seat upholstery are excellent, with no cracks. The headliner and carpet look new and the floor mats are new. The body is in great shape and not rusted. The floors, rear cargo and hatch area are excellent also. You can tell it has been garaged most of it's life and it had a very nice basecoat/clearcoat paint job done in Hugger Orange and black.
All of the Yenko stripes and badges are present. It even has a very rare cast aluminum Yenko valve cover along with a set of traction bars, some tuned by Yenko window stickers and a Yenko dealership license plate bracket to make this look like the real deal. Yenko Chevrolet made very few actual Yenko Stinger Vega's and even most car people don't realize they made them at all! I take this to car shows and cruises all the time and it always gets a LOT of attention and questions. Most times, people will walk right by much more expensive musclecars to check it out. When was the last time you saw a Vega in this condition, let alone a Yenko clone?
The car comes with an original spare that has never been on the ground. I also have a factory service manual, and some factory ads and brochures that I use to display with the car at shows. If the Buy It Now feature is used, I will also include some NOS speed equipment I have for it. I have an Edelbrock 2bbl intake, an Offenhauser 4bbl intake and an NOS Thunderbird header.
