Description
Super rare hump trunk (see trunk in photos). 1933 was first year Chevy attached the trunk to the
car, and they didn't sell many until the next year. This car was marketed to business executives in the day. Seats 4 and has large back seat. In February 1933, Chevy changed from Eagle to Master, so this car is a Master Eagle due to being produced during the transition year. The VIN # indicates this car was made in July 1933. Very few are known to exist today with the hump trunk. Most were 4-door full coach or 2-seater coups with a rumble seat.
This car is a resto-mod with Pontiac 400 engine, Jaguar knockoff wheels, power steering, tilt steering wheel, front disc brakes, whitewalls, gauge cluster, and Brandywine paint. Plush interior. 3-speed automatic transmission. Expensive restoration is 12 years old now. Tires are good and fairly new. Steel body, wood frame, fiberglass fenders. Brakes are not power and use cables, though the front brakes are disc and rear are drum.
Beautiful color. There are nicks, stars and some bubbles in the paint. Various minor items such as interior door handles, windshield wiper and trunk latch need to be fixed. Stereo just now decided not to turn on. No major problems or issues with the car though. Runs great and I drive it to work, car shows, etc. Has electric fan to keep big engine cool, though it tends to run hot.
The photos speak for themselves. You will have to talk about it all the time at gas stations, car shows and everywhere you go. This car stands out more than any other. There is nothing else like it.
This will be a standard ebay vehicle sales transaction. This is a serious car for serious buyers only, so no tricks or solicitors. Thanks.
