History
· Project first started in Port Coquitlam were the frame, lowering and clip was done
· Sold to man in Parksville that found the “donor” vehicle, then could not find time to do much more due to family and other projects
· I then bought it as a retirement project to fill in my spare time in retirement
· I have done the rest of the work the best I could, in the spirit of the original hot rods, in my back yard garage
· Due to health problems have not been able to spare the time to do the final touches on it and enjoy driving it. At present have a small leak from the transmission and front driver side brake drum grabbing which I have been hoping to get to.
· Tried to do the work in the spirit of the original Hot Rods of the 50’s and 60’s where used parts were used. The work was done at home not in $200 per hour shops and you did not need $150,000 to enjoy a car from the past.
