Description
1955 Chevrolet Panel Truck
This panel just had $6,500 spent on it in the last three years. In that time period it received new fuel tank, new fuel lines, replaced wiring harness, all new lights, new heater, new electric wiper motor, new tires, new signal switch, rebuilt carb, new brakes, new choke cable, new electric cooling fan, 12 volt conversion, and any and all issues that needed address were fixed. Mechanically the truck is perfect and everything works. Signals, heater, lights, gauges everything. The trucks drivetrain is all original with the 6cyl and 3 speed on the column. She cruises down the road at 65mph if need be and I would trust it drive anywhere. I can't speak highly enough to how it runs and drives. Fires right up even after sitting a while. The body is very solid but it does have rust bubbles coming in low on the body, rear doors, and rear fenders have some small rust holes. The frame is perfect and the wood in the cargo area is in great shape. Truck doesn't leak. The clear coat is pealing off in spots and someone rattle can primed any chip or rust bubbles to try and prevent any spots from getting worse. With some elbow grease it can be made to look better because in some spots they went way past the needed area. Its most noticeable in the drivers side pictures. The interior seats and door panels are in good shape but the carpet in the rear is stained and under it is purple shag. The interior paneling is nicely done but it stops at the rear of the seats and all body is open overhead. It does have a color matched visor that comes with it. All interior paint in jams and dash is in great shape. Very good driver quality panel. I don't see these often and I am going to hate to see it go. Feel free to call or text (864) 650-6276
