Description

Up for sale is my friends 1937 Chevy pickup. This little truck has a fresh built 1968 327 4 bolt main Chevy with 194 heads / big valves and performance cam. It has a new Edelbrock ESP aluminum intake and new Edelbrock carb. It has electronic ignition, headers, full length exhaust, and it has about 500 miles on the motor. (starts easy and runs strong) A rebuilt 1976 350 Turbo chevy transmission with Lokar Floor Mounted shifter was installed, also electric E brake, heater, gages and it has a limited slip rear end with HI way gears and new drive line. The nice original 1937 chevy pickup, showing 68803 miles on the speedo, was transplanted on to a 1982 Chevy S-10 Chases with new disk brakes / power steering and it drives nice. The original body had no rust and new paint has just been applied, but it needs to be cut and polished after the new paint. It is base coat clear coat with several coats of clear over a custom color. (looks good but will look great after cut and rubbing) A custom aluminum gas tank was built and a aluminum radiator with custom aluminum fan shroud was also installed for cooling. It's running Appliance wire wheels that have seen better days but it has new Grand Prix Performance tires. The truck was in the paint shop for the new paint when the shop cot fire. It dose show slight signs of smoke on the gages, and interior paint is dull but the truck did not get burnt only slight smoke damage. (not bad, and could be cleaned up a little more on the inside) ( please look at pictures closely) The truck was then re primed and the new paint was apply, again base coat with several coats of clear for final cut & rub. My friend is now 70 years young and said I don't want anything else to happen to my truck and I need to sale now that the truck is looking so good. (All offers will be looked at) This little truck is a driver quality not a show truck. (Good Washington Title)Buyer is responsible for shipping and shipping costs. We will help with loading on our end and in anyway we can. I will take all questions and offers to the owner, so for your questions please call Bill (208)750-0000
