1951 Chevrolet Other Pickups

This is a 51 Chevy 3100 3 window. Built in St Louis plant in August. (VIN 3JP-H 29609). 1/2 ton 116 inch wb (Short bed). I have tried to take good photos. This truck has no title and should be considered a project. It is a very solid base for restoration, rat rod or just get it running and drive it. The body is typical of these trucks. Cab corners and some floor pan work are needed. It does need some work on the driver's side cab behind the driver to be really good (someone fixed it in the past and its not so good). Under the hood, there is a 235 with carb, fuel pump, water pump and distrib missing. The clutch seems to work fine and the tranny shifts well. I put it on stands and the rear end spins very quietly and smoothly. radiator is missing. Truck steers and rolls great. It is a very cool truck and would not take very much to be driving it as is. That being said-it should be considered a project in need of all systems being rebuilt and no title. I will be glad to answer questions but Im not at my computer much so be patient.
