Description
This is a 1986 Chevrolet C30, 3+3, one ton, dually diesel. This California survivor is 100% rust free.
The 6.2 lt V-8 diesel has recently been overhauled and properly broken in.
Thousands of dollars were spent with receipts (see pics).
-Rebuilt-resurfaced heads
-Complete valve job
-New gaskets
-New water pump
-New fuel pump
-New (expensive-top quality) glow plugs
-New injectors
-New master cylinder
-New compressor
-New belts
-Rebuilt radiator
-New reservoir
-New windshield and seal with correct chrome lock strip
and much, much more
The engine runs as smooth as a Rolex with a tremendous amount of power. The drivetrain is solid and tight. The truck is a pleasure to drive. The transmission shifts on the mark through all the gears. The brakes, steering and suspension all feel rock solid.
The air conditioning blows strong cold air. All of the windows work along with the power door locks and gages.
Cosmetically the truck is very attractive. There are is no rust, blisters or bubbles. The underside and frame is as dry as a bone. It is as solid and as clean as you could imagine from an original California truck since new. There are various paint imperfections (chips, nicks, chips, fading, hazing, clearcoat imperfections, etc). The overall appearance is very respectable and honest. Two small dents on both front doors where mirror arm bracket is mounted, not too noticeable but something that should be noted (see pics). Nice bed. Never used for a 5th wheel. This truck is a work horse-beast and can pretty much pull anything. Awesome truck all the way around as-is and the perfect candidate to restore to perfection!
Shipping can be arranged worldwide and expedited quickly and inexpensively to your door. Please inquire within.
Good luck and thanks for looking!
