1936 Chevrolet Other Pickups

Great find for the person looking to restore or hotrod. Truck is complete and running as I just drove it home and has an older restoration done to it. Throttle sticks and will need work to address some oil and coolant leaks, but hey, its an old truck. True odometer reading is unknown but it was last registered with 00003 miles on the odometer and still reads the same number of miles. Speedo doesn’t work nor do signal lights but headlights and brake lights do. Truck has been converted to 12V and has a radio with cd player installed. Tailgate was replace with a reproduction during the last restoration but the paint has come off to a large amount of the surface due to improper preparation, The rust that you see is surface and would sand off quick easily. The truck was purchased in California a number of years ago and imported into Canada but before the truck could be registered here the fellow died and the truck sat in storage until now. Although truck is located in Alberta Canada it has not been registered here yet so should make exporting much simpler. Beyond the information above I really do not know much about the vehicles history or condition other than what I have been able to observe since bringing it home.
