Chevrolet: SILVERADO 1500 lt1

My Father ordered this truck new from a local Chevrolet dealership in 2008. He babied this truck until he passed away in 2011. I am his son and I took possession after he passed. I drive it regularly but will be moving soon and this truck needs to be passed on to somebody that will appreciate its great condition. At the time of this posting this truck only has 72,670 miles on it. The book value on this in it's current condition is about $19,500. Dealer and private sale similar vehicles in this area are listing (and selling) for much more. This priced is based on NADA Guide Values. I have had this vehicle regularly maintained with the dealership and have had regular oil changes with various service company's in and out of town. I also have the original Window Sticker, when Dad purchased it (this goes with the truck).
More "stuff" that goes with it: The original Owners Manual &Warranty Booklet. This sale also come with 2 original Keys and two original key fob remotes. I also have the 6 pin to 4 pin power trailer adaptor, the original locking gas cap with 2 keys, and a spare gas cap.
I have just placed a FOR SALE sign in the window and there could be local interest. So if there are no bids on the truck and the ad disappears it sold. If a bid is placed I will let the auction run it's course and the high bidder will be the new proud owner. A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required within 24 hours of auction end via PayPal and will be applied to the balance.

This is a really nice vehicle, spacious interior (6 passenger), has great performance, gets good gas mileage and is loaded with options (see list below). I occasionally towed my 20' boat to the local ramps with ease. If I wasn't moving, I would never be offering this for sale. If you are serious about a low mileage EXCELLENT condition Silverado, you need to take a look. I will have it at my office in Pensacola Florida. The Good:
EVERYTHING. I just had the Window Switch Module changed out because on rare occasion any one of the 4 windows would hesitate before opening. The module and rear driver side window switch were changed out and the dealership reprogramed the module. I had a new battery professionally installed about a year ago. Everything else works beautifully.
The Bad: You might want to consider changing out the tires in the next 20,000 miles or so. They still have good tread and travel smoothly at any speed. Other than one small hardly noticeable scratch in the paint near the top of the license plate, there is NOTHING wrong with this Truck that I know of.
