Description
Up for auction is my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado LT 2500HD diesel. I acquired it as the 2nd owner with 20,000 miles. It is a straight truck with no major accidents, only a very minor parking lot dent which was repaired. Truck runs and drives great and has been well maintained ( see below). 4X4 works very well and there is no smoke or blow by from this very dependable Duramax. These engines have been known to last up to 500,000 miles, so theres lots of life left in this truck. Body and paint in better than good condition and mechanically in good condition. This is the last of the Duramax engines that have no pollution equipment and DEF fluid to mess with which makes it easy to work on and modify if that's your game ( this has always been a stock engine). This truck was used mainly for 80% highway driving.
Truck has always had synthetic oils and grease, recent oil and filter change
After rmarket larger transmission cooler
After market Nicktane fuel filter head and Catipillar IR 0749 fuel filter
ABS sensors replaced
Fan belt and idler pulley
Upper and lower radiator hoses
Transmission fluid and filters replaced on a regulator basis along with front and rear axle fluid and transfer case fluid
Both front hub bearings
Cooling system flush and new anti freeze
New style injectors replaced at 160,000 miles
rebuilt OEM fuel filter head
New POWER STOP brake pads, rotors, calipers, s/s brake flex lines and DOT 4 brake fluid
Lube drive shaft spline
L. upper ball joint, L. inner tie rod, steering box, pitman arm, idler arm and recent alignment
Recently installed new tires, upgraded one size larger
