Hi. I am selling my 2005 Chevy 2500 HD 6.0 V8 Gas 8 foot Stake bed /Flatbed truck. This truck runs like new and is surprisingly comfortable for a heavy duty vehicle.
It was originally a GSA truck and was rarely used. Cleantitle and no signs of accident or paint work. California truck all its life.
I am selling the vehicle because it was meant to be used for a wet blasting business but the business never got off the ground. I have put less than 1000 miles on the truck.
12,400 original miles. Probably one of the lowest mileage, fullyserviced and properly upgraded 2500HD you will find.Mechanically likenew.
Cosmetically is very nice condition. A bit of weathering and wear from use.
Paint has a few scratches on the passenger side but no dents. 8 ft by 6ft stake bed.
Over $3000 in services and upgrades in the past 1,000 miles
- New Cooper AT3 265/75/16 10 ply E load tires(3400lbs per tire) less than 500 miles. Quiet and smooth ride.
- Used OE POY 16" forged alloy wheels with new center caps
- New Firestone Ride Rite 5000lb airbags installed in rear
- New Rancho 9000XL installed in rear with 9 adjustable settings
- New Bilstein HD front shocks
- New Interstate Battery
- New class V tow hitch and reciever
- Performed transmission fluid, filter and gasket service with Genuine Delco parts and Dex 6 full
synthetic fluid. Pan was very clean with almost no residual when I pulled it. Magnet inside pan
had almost no deposit on it.
- Oil changed 2 times and filter changed 3 times in the last 500 miles with Rotella T6 full synthetic
oil and OE Delco filters
- Brakes are still at 70-80%
- Installed used Weatherguard steel toolbox ($800 when new) with custom made brackets that
mounts on the exterior of the rear bed.
- Reinforced mounting surfacing with treated 3/4 flywood
- Installed rear view camera and side view camera
- Clean title under my name in hand.
- Will smog for California buyers
Including purchase price, I am into this truck for almost $18k and put less than 1000 miles on it.
