Mechanicaly great, body very good, trim good, new tie rods in front end in recent mileage. 350chev, turbo 400, all four wheel drive works. I'll try answer any questions with a thorough and blaintly honest description, healthy 350 Chev, Turbo 400, 14bolt rear & 10bolt front, electric windows air-con, starts runs drives stops, previously qld rego'd, vehicle is a 1988 model, body had quick paint job approx 5 years ago to tidy it up and now shows some surface rust.. these things always seem to be riddled with rust BUT THIS ONE ISN'T.. see exactly what your buying, no chunks of bog falling out or rust blowouts, seam along firewall (where they all rust) has been repaired at the same time it got a tidy up. 16inch alloys, tyres have good tread but looking old. AC still all there and hooked up but would need re-gas, trim fairly tidy.. hoodling falling in places and seams in drivers seat starting to split currently has seat cover over it. Whole front end ball joints etc done in recent mileage and still presents very well, have purposely not degreased and power-washed underneath as i am quite happy with how it presents and i want you to see what your buying.. very light oil and road grim. Exhaust was done approx 5-6years ago. Body is extremely straight, Chassis, sills, roof, doors all present rust free without signs of repairs.. only real rust i can find are left hand front inner wheel arch where front lh gaurd bolts too.
What does it need done to it?
*rust repaired on inner wheel well as mentioned *If you or a mate a good with a spray gun you could give it a lick of paint*Re glue ⁄ contact adhesive hoodlining or replace ⁄ remove altogether
*Replace rh passenger door glass as is cracked (order from states approx 5-7 bus days)
*Remove door cards and clean ⁄ lube window mechanisms and silicone spray bailey channels
*New air cleaner
*Fit a new or aftermarket battery clamps
*Probably some new or good 2nd 4x4 tyres
*Probably could do with 1 new battery (is dual batteries)
*Mud flaps
It has straight great chrome bumpers, tow bar, twin shock front, would make cool cheap cruiser or turn into cheap stadium truck etc there's more than enough room to spend a bit on it with a purchase price like this or sell.
