2005 Chrysler Crossfire Limited Coupe

CROSSFIRES were created during the Daimler-Chrysler years, the rear-drive Chrysler Crossfire was built by Karmann of Germany for model years 2004-2008. The two-seater is based on theR170 platform and shares 80 percent of its components with the R170Mercedes-Benz SLK320.
The name "Crossfire" refers to the two character lines that run from front to rear along the body sides crossing each other midway through the door panel. Conceived during the period of Chrysler's ownership by Daimler-Benz, the name also refers to the collaboration of the two companies. The Crossfire has been compared to Vettes and other Exotic Cars but YOU are able to gain this beauty at a more reasonable Price.
This car is a beautiful inside and Out. The Paint color is the… SAPPHIRE SILVER BLUE METALLIC … The cars exterior is in Excellent condition. The tinted glass panels are all in great shape, including the huge back hatch with rear defroster. The lights all are perfect without the Usual head light fogging. These Low Profile tires surround seven-spoke factory alloy wheels.
All of its body panels are straight, the power rear wing spoiler automatically deploys above 60 mph. Turning the Car into Speed Racer..
Chrysler executed the interior and exterior styling. All other elements of the car such as wheelbase, track, engine, transmission, and chassis structure and suspension components are shared with the Mercedes R170 platform.
An example of this is the engine bay of the Crossfire, which is virtually identical to the SLK320on the R170 platform.
The Mercedes SLK320 seats will bolt directly into the Crossfire chassis. The dashboard layout, controls and instruments are also similar to those on the SLK320.
As you open either door, your eyes are drawn to the matte silver center stack and console, setting off the otherwise Red instrument panel and interior. The sport bucket seats are leather with available heat, eight-way power assist for the driver and four-way power for the passenger are in the Best Shape. The Red and Black Special Racing interior is very inviting and stimulating and hard to find.. I have NEVER seen another.. The matching carpet is in perfect shape. The aforementioned dashboard, four-spoke leather-wrapped and stitched steering wheel, door skins, mirrors, center console and shift lever are all in excellent shape.

Driver assist features include cruise control, windshield wipers with intermittent feature, power steering, dual-zone air conditioning, remote keyless entry with central locking, including the fuel filler door, a universal garage door opener, power windows (one-touch down), stability and traction control, tire pressure monitoring system, dual front air bags plus door-mounted thorax side air bags and power four-wheel anti-lock brakes. Finishing the interior is an Infinity Modulus AM/FM stereo with anti-theft, CD and a 240-watt amplifier with six speakers.

The standard transmission is a six-speed manual, on this Limited model. The manual transmission in the Crossfire is a variant of the Mercedes sourcedNSG-370. Unlike most cars of its time, the Crossfire does not use a rack and pinion steering system; instead, it utilizes a recirculating ball system as employed on the donor Mercedes R170 platform.
