1964 Chrysler Imperial 2 door Hardtop - 413 Auto - will start

My wife and I bought this 1964 Chrysler Imperial Crown Coupe about 6 or 7 years ago on a whim, but haven't done much with it since. It is a two door hardtop and once upon a time belonged to an Illinois State Senator. The car has a 413/auto with a white vinyl top; we hadn't started it in several years but did get it to start up and run recently. The brakes currently do not work (probably just need bled) and the tranny doesn't engage when shifted into drive or reverse (would need serviced). The odometer shows 36010 miles but cannot verify if this is the actual or if it has rolled over in its life. The exterior color isn't a Chrysler color-the last owner painted it himself a bluish color; the interior is all white and remains in pretty good condition although I haven't any pictures at the moment. There are a couple rust spots, mostly on the rear top corners, just below the rear window. A couple of the rear lenses got broke but we have replacements for them (just not installed yet), plus this poor car has been under a carport for a long time, but is pretty dusty-could use a nice bath!
