CHRYSLER: Imperial crown Imperial

Very rare & nice 1968 Chrysler Crown Imperial convertible, older restoration, this car was partially rebuilt in the 80s, some repairs where done to the body and structure but it was done like it should be done for a nice driver car, not a show car so the body is not perfect, some repairs that where done are obvious especially underneath the car as you can see on the pictures, it does show that some repairs where done, nothing that could not be fix but some work is involve if you want a show car, most of the chrome is in good shape for a driver, bumpers, grill, etc.., are very nice. The engine was completely rebuilt in the 80s and it was driven about 10,000 miles since, it is in very good condition, the transmission was resealed last year, it add been done at the same time as the engine but the seals dried out and where leaking, power steering, power front disc brake and rear brake where all overall last year and everything work like new, every mechanical unit is in very good condition and ready for your cruise night anywhere, this car is a charm to drive and ride like a boat on wheels, the exact millage of the car is not know, it is most certainly in the 100,000 miles.The interior seem to be all original and still in very nice condition for a 47 years old car, like I said the paint was done in the 80s, don't know exactly when because the owner at the time past away a couple of years back and nobody knows the exact story of the car, some touch-up where done last year after the actual owner bought it so the exterior is in very nice condition and could easily be driven just like it is without shame, view this as an excellent driver.
