Up for sale is my 1991 Chrysler New Yorker 5h Avenue. Car is not your average 1991 model.
It has an actual, incredible, 13,290 Miles! (Thirteen thousand two hundred nintey miles.)
Original, survivor, as factory built, use what ever adjective you want to describe this well kept 30 year old car!
Purchased new on October 22 1990 from Baxter Chrysler Plymouth in Omaha.
This car belonged to my Cousins Uncle on his Dad's side.
It was driven sparingly its whole life.
Always garaged.
There is no rust in this car.
It was undercoated when new. Never really needed this because its never been in the snow.
Please look at, enlarge, any questionable concerns you may have.
Uncle John passed away in 2010. At which time it was left to his daughter Nancy.
At that time the car had 11,014 miles. I have a receipt for a new battery in March of 2011.
Shortly after she had 4 new white wall tires installed. Mileage was 11,214. Uniroyal P195/75R14. They are still in excellent shape.
An oil change receipt on 9/9/11 with 12,253 miles on it was found too.
Most of these receipts are not recorded on the Car Fax report as the shops are not connected to Car Fax.
However in July of 2018 she had new battery terminals installed at 13,085 miles. This mechanic shop did report the repair on car Fax.
The current miles are now 13,290. May go up a bit as I do drive it occasionally.
So the miles on this car are well documented.
As You can see Nancy only drove this car little as her and her husband had a mini van and pickup truck that were daily drivers.
Sadly in December 2020 Nancy passed unexpectedly.
The car remained in her garage until her husband contacted me and said he wanted to sell it in April of this year.
I have a collection of 1960 through 1970's Dodge, Plymouth Muscle cars.
I retain a Nebraska resale Certificate to keep my collection of cars that I buy and sell off now and then legal.
I've retained this Certificate since 1997. Superior Auto Omaha Nebraska.
Again
This car is fantastic.
It has the 3.3 Liter V6 Engine.
Power windows, locks, seats, mirrors.
It has a stereo AM FM Radio.
Very cold air conditioner.
The car runs and drives excellent.
If I were to pick it apart, I would probably put on new front rotors, maybe a tune up.
Plugs and wires etc. I'm sure are original. Idles and runs just fine. But these things as well as other components are original to the car.
There is a very small scratch to the right of the left rear tail light. Enlarge the picture to see it. Very minor.
I want to be brutally honest about every aspect that I am aware of.
I want there to be no surprises when you get this car.
It has NEVER been smoked in.
It has never been in the snow.
The car was undercoated when new. "Auto Armor" decal is present.
The headliner was sagging a bit so I spent the $300 + and had it professionally replaced.
The cars interior is showroom fresh. No issues that I know of.
The exterior of the car is outstanding. Maybe a nick, ding, scuff.
Dead straight body. Paint feels like glass.
Never wrecked or painted on.
Overall this 13,000 mile looks and runs like a 13,000 mile car.
Nothing in my opinion is 100 Percent. This car is as close as your going to find.
The car will be sold in AS IS condition.
If you deem something important please ask me or have the car inspected by the service EBAY offers.
Or if feasible come see it yourself.
And please, I PREFER CALLS.
I not at my computer much to timely return your questions or concerns.
