CITROEN 2CV6 1986 rebuilt on a new Galvanised Chassis
MOT Feb 2015, Tax Jan 2015
Galvanised Chassis fitted Dec 2013.
NEW parts used for the rebuild and whilst we've owned her, included:
Brake Pipes throughout, Oil Cooler, Fuel Pump, Electronic Ignition, Charging Regulator, HT leads, Starter Motor, Wheel Bearings, CV joints and steering gaiters, Tyres and Wheels (x4), Hood with electric heated screen, Head lights, Complete Exhaust (from heat exchangers to tip), Bumpers, Sills Complete (floors and bulkhead rebuilt stronger than original), Carpeted and Lined and Seats reupholstered.
Since then she’s been used daily and covered just over 600 miles to bring the total to an original 45400 miles.
She was also resprayed in Silver to a Silk sheen in Jan 2014 completing the renovation.
She's been totally reliable, is capable of motorway driving and gets noticed everywhere she goes.Real head turner.
