2010 CITROEN BERLINGO M-SP XTR HDI SILVER

Here is for sale our family runabout. It has served us well, but we need a seven seater now.It's is well looked after and this reflects in the way it looks and drives.
The bodywork is superb as well as the interior. No pets or smokers in the family. Please look at photos as I've tried to capture most aspects.
On the mechanical side the engine and gearbox run faultlessly and genuinely returns 60 mpg on the run.
All four tires are good.
Air conditioning works a treat.
Trip computer, sliding rear doors, integrated blinds for the rear windows, removable central console, fully removable rear seats, full size spare wheel and the complete tool kit.
To get it ready for its new owner I treated the car with a full service including both antiroll bar links and bushings and a set of new floor mats.
Next service is due in 10000 miles.
Two previous owners.
MOT is due in August 2016 and there were no advisories on the current one.
I have both keys of which one is with remote and the second is manual.
The big service including the timing and auxiliary belts was done at 75k. Unfortunately on this one you'll have to take a punt as the service book mysteriously disappeared after a visit of the car wash some months ago.
I understand that this undermines the value and a lot of buyers will be wary hence the price.
