Citroen C1 Flair brand new 1.2 petrol 5 door unregistered selling as salvaged

This car suffered broken rear glass making it un sellable by Citroen (damaged on car transporter)so was sold for salvage the glass has been replaced with new genuine glass and now needs registering but has no certificate of conformity from Citroen which dvla require to register it so it's being sold on to someone who can figure out how to get it registered or break it for parts which seems a shame.For more details contact Barry on 07860919973
