Description
2006 Citroen C1 HDi 1.4 diesel..sorry about the pic's, I'm not a brilliant photographermore pic's if you need them.
My wife’s lovely manual 5 door C1 HDi 1.4 diesel hatchback, she’s had it since 19,000 miles and it only has 43,000 on it now. Ice cool aircon, just re-charged….the car has been fully serviced and meticulously maintained throughout her ownership, no expense spared…two original Citroen keys. It says 2 previous owners on the log book, but that's not quite true, the first owner was the main dealer, Arnold Clark, it was their demonstratorI would not consider them to be owners.
Has just had the standard precautionary cam belt change c/w all associated parts and water pump renewed, plus complete recent brake and disc overhaul. It has a new MOT for 12 months as 19 Jan 2016, through to Jan 18, 2017...there isn't a single item that hasn't been renewed when required, since my wife purchased the car, nothing, but nothing, has been skimpedall age related items recently renewed, new tyres and battery, for example.
As most aficionados of these vehicles know, these C1 HDi Citroens are actually a Toyota Aygo in disguise, the legendary little diesel engines go on forever and this one with only 43,000 miles will go on forever and ever….love him or hate him, even Jeremy Clarkson loved the car and the way it handled.
It’s the only car I know of, that driven sensibly, does a genuine 70 MPG and that together with £20 a year road tax still makes it one of the cheapest cars on the road to own whilst providing nippy performance and enjoyable driving….
Any inspection, AA, RAC, friends, aunties, uncles, I guarantee they will be delighted.payment direct to my bank only.
If you win the auction, you look at it, inspect it, drive it, make sure you're 100% happy with it, sign the paperwork to show that you "are" happy with itonly then, do you make payment and drive away. If you're "not" happy with it, walk away with no negative feed back!.I'm not into that silly nonsense, it's either good value for money, or it's notno one should be concerned about turning it down, if they disagree with my assessment of its condition.
Why is my wife selling? She wanted an automaticshe now has one. It's sitting in our driveway.
