Hi, and welcome to my auction for a Citroen C4 Hatch Semi Automatic
I have had the car for a little over 2 years and it was used as a learner car. For Some people this may put you off buying it, but I urge you to read on.
It is a Semi automatic, so no racing it through the gears as it changes when it want to, No slipping the clutch or burning it out.
As a learner vehicle I had to keep it in good order, it has been service every 8000-9000 miles (book states every 12,500 miles or 1 year) tyres are in good condition and has been reliable.
When I bought the car it had covered 47000, now it is 75000 miles, which is nothing for these diesel engines. It's a 1.6 HDI Non DPF engine which means you don't have to go done the motorway at 70mph for 10mins to re-generate the diesel filter.
Around town it does about 50MPG, on a run about 60MPG (I once drove at 67 mph to Sheffield and got 68Mpg)
Paddle gears on steering wheel. Mot till Jun 2016. Tax at £30 per year. Low insurance group
Bad Bits
Speed limiter and Cruise control doesn't work (Citroen say it is the switch on the steering wheel but it has never bothered me, so never had it fixed)
2 Burn marks on back of drivers seat (again never bothered me and can't see them when you are sitting in the chair)
Paint is bubbling on bonnet but hasn't increased since I bought the car.
All of the above was like that when I bought it.
Wife had a shopping trolley incident and slight dent on Rear wheel arch (50p size)
