I'm a Z collector listing some of my more rare cars Thisis a SUPER RARE 1 Owner Low Mile 280Z BLACK PEARL EDITION in incredibleRUST FREE ALL ORIGINAL condition including paint!! Do your research onthe limited edition Black Pearls roughly 1000 were produced 1978only. One of only a few documented original paint cars still in existence. This rare Z was custom ordered and I have dealer documentation for the one of a kind stripes etc I also have a set of reproduction factory SAP stripes and mirrors to go with it. This car was loved by a single enthusiast owner andmeticulously maintained with extensive original documentation! The car was fresh out of 25 year storage when I acquired it completely unmolested fullyserviced, it looks runs and drives excellent. It retains its unmodifiedmatching numbers drivetrain, body panels, and original paint andinterior all in excellent condition It retains the majority of itsfactory parts and factory undercoating. Super straight and clean. It isan excellent runner/driver with no squeaks, rattles or funny business!. Iam a serious Z collector It is extremely RARE to find an alloriginal Black Pearl in this condition. I have never seen one asoriginal and clean as this one. Unused jack and spare all originalwindow sticker and dealer invoices keys, etc etc this in asinvestment grade car. This little Z would be an awesome weekend cruiser,daily driver, or addition to any collection.
The body is completely rust free and straight. Frame, floors, and chassis are totally solid underside is super straight and retains most of its factory undercoating. Paintis all original except for the drivers headlight bucket from a crackrepair and the hood from chips it presents amazingly well with someminor blemishes and a bit of patina rear hatch has some fading butfor a 40 plus year old all original paint Z the car is fabulous.
Theinterior is exceptionally clean panels, carpet, and trim all lookgreat Dash has 1 minor crack I have a full face molded cover Iwill install if wanted. Drivers seat has just a little stress. Gauges,lights, and electronics all work properly INCLUDING the clock!! Dealerinstalled 8 track deck still works great as does the power antenna,warning lights, buzzers, etc.
Original L28 motor was removed andprofessionally rebuilt with warranty Went through and refreshed everything in the drivetrain etc. The car starts idles and runs fantastichas great power and sounds good. 5 speed Trans shifts smooth and strong through the gears!! Suspensionfeels tight and provides excellent ride and brakes stop straight andsure. Strong, powerful, and reliable freshly serviced and tunedready to roll. definite daily driver capable.
Overall this is anincredibly rare limited edition Z in superb original condition allaround. I am a Z collector. This one makes a great investment and/orAwesome Weekend Cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like.
