I'm a Z collector listing some of my more rare cars Thisis a SUPER RARE 2 Owner Low Mile 280Z BLACK PEARL EDITION in incredibleRUST FREE Unmolested Condition!! Do your research onthe limited edition Black Pearls roughly 1000 were produced 1978only. This rare California Pearl was ordered with every possible option including the Sport Appearance Package SAP (stripes, dual mirrors, rear louvers, and limited edition mag rims) also received all of the dealer options including Aluminum lower side moldings, A/C, 8 Track player, and Sunroof. See the attached pics of original condition. I believe the miles to be correct at 9XXX based on the immaculate condition of the underside of the car and the retention of so many of its original ware parts it is unlikely that the odometer has turned over. However I DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTATION. The car presents as 2-3 years old not 44. Warning lights and buzzers all function unused jack, spare, chocks and tools very little ware on seats, carpets, pedals, knobs, etc. The car sat extensively and was refreshed by the previous owner including new paint and removal of much of the aforementioned options I have the body moldings and wheel well trim I also have a set of reproduction factory SAP stripes to go with it. The car looks runs and drives amazing. It retains its unmodifiedmatching numbers drivetrain, body panels, and factory interior all in excellent condition It retains the majority of itsfactory parts and factory undercoating. Super straight and clean. It isan excellent runner/driver with no squeaks, rattles or funny business!. Iam a serious Z collector It is extremely RARE to find an alloriginal Black Pearl in this condition this in asinvestment grade car. This little Z would be an awesome weekend cruiser,daily driver, or addition to any collection.
The body is completely rust / collision free and straight. Frame, floors, and chassis are totally solid underside is super straight and retains most of its factory undercoating incredibly clean and straight. Repaint is very good / excellent driver quality it presents very well with only the most minor blemishes but it is not concours quality.
Theinterior is exceptionally clean seats,panels, carpet, and trim all look amazing Dash has a full face cover. Gauges,lights, and electronics all work properly INCLUDING the clock!! Dealerinstalled 8 track deck still works great as does the power antenna,warning lights, buzzers, etc.
Original L28 motor starts idles and runs fantastichas great power and sounds good. 5 speed Trans shifts smooth and strong through the gears!! Suspensionfeels tight and provides excellent ride and brakes stop straight andsure. Strong, powerful, and reliable freshly serviced and tunedready to roll. definite daily driver capable.
Overall this is anincredibly rare limited edition Z in superb original condition allaround. I am a Z collector. This one makes a great investment and/orAwesome Weekend Cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like.
