Running and drivingearly 240z

Up for sale is a nice, driving 71 Datsun 240z, transition model with some early series one parts. Original Series 1 parts still present on the car are the 4 screw SU Carbs, correct E46 manifold and crossover tube, e31 head, numbers matching original L24, ash tray, fiberglass console, correct metal fan and series 1 alternator. All of these parts are difficult to find and extremely important when purchasing a early 240z like this. The main original early component still present is the AM only radio that still works! These radios are very difficult to come by and can cost as much as $2000 used. The car runs and drives well, we recently installed a new fuel pump, fuel lines, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, clutch master, clutch slave, steel clutch line, brake master cylinder, rear brake lines, all new parts. Overall the body is in decent shape, the floor pans are solid, as well as the fenders, doors, rear hatch area and spare tire well. The front frame is overall decent but has been repaired in the past although the repair seems to have been good. There are no signs of an accident on this car, not in the front or back or side. The underside does have some scaling rust on the suspension components but not major. The interior is in excellent shape, the dash has no cracks or major issues, all electronics and switches work, the seats are still in very good shape and useable, as well as the vinyl and carpet still retaining good color and feel.
Overall this is a nice driving early 240z that has many of its original rare pieces and would make for a valuable starting point that is sure to appreciate over time.
